Choosing a length for a daytime booking
Five lengths are bookable, from a single hour to a block of eight, and the one that suits an afternoon is usually a step longer than people first think.
There are five rungs: sixty minutes, ninety minutes, two hours, three hours, and the block of eight. For one guest with one therapist they are EUR 180, EUR 270, EUR 360, EUR 540 and EUR 1,250. Two therapists doubles the hourly rungs to EUR 360 an hour, a couple with one therapist is also EUR 360 an hour, and a couple with two therapists is EUR 720 an hour. Why an hour is shorter than it sounds
The booked time starts when she is in the room, not when she knocks, but the first few minutes go on the practical part: the balance, the bag, a word about what the session will and will not include. Sixty minutes is a real hour of contact only if you are content for the whole of it to be that. Ninety is the rung most guests settle on after the first booking, and the step from sixty to ninety costs EUR 90.
The afternoon case for three hours
Three hours is awkward to place in an evening, because it eats the evening. In the middle of a free day it is the easiest rung of all to fit: begin at one, finish at four, and the whole of the evening is still ahead of you. It also crosses the deposit threshold, so half of the EUR 540 travels first whatever else is true of the booking.
Extending on the day
Adding time once she is there depends entirely on whether the rest of her afternoon allows it, and it is quoted before it begins rather than tallied up afterwards. Ask early in the hour rather than at the end of it. Shortening works the other way: decide before she leaves and the booking simply becomes the shorter rung, but a session closed early once it has started stays payable in full.
